I prefer to get your people out of the office, out of the usual office-y work environment, and get stuck into a host of tailored outdoor activties based on organisational and person-centred obectives. Based in South Lanarkshire, your team will be made most welcome here for a half day or full day of fun, frolics, focus and team play – all wrapped around all the stuff we know we need more of – communication, support, digging deep, honesty, competitveness, feedback, leadership and followership, oh and intrapreneurship too!
Think sports day for grown ups led by a highly qualifed cognitive behavioural coach, and chief people officer. Depending on your budget, you can choose two packages, one is an outward bound centre we partner with, or utilise a 5-acre private estate, both located near Biggar, South Lanarkshire.
If the outdoor play is not for you team, then we can come to you – onsite if you have a conference room big enough (think back to when you were a kid, sports days were never the same indoors!)
